Similar problem. Mine started few months ago. I experimented and found an inelegant solution. Works for me...maybe for you? My email notifications about new posts and comments to Substacks that I am subscribed to arrive in my Gmail inbox (I know, but). Clicking them opens a new tab in Chrome (again, I know) with the relevant post or comment displayed. In Chrome, I can read everything and even use the "Reply" button and enter a comment...but the "Like" button doesn't paint the town red, so to speak. Rather than experiment with trying to cyber-regress Chrome to an earlier incarnation (artistic license), what works for me is to open Firefox, which opens a whole new window. Once I do that, Igo back to Chrome, right-click and Copy the url in the address space, then go back to Firefox and right-click and Paste the url into Firefox's address space and either hit Enter or left-click on the duplicated url as it appears in a drop down box just below the address box. That brings up an exact copy of the page that is currently displayed on the Chrome tab that I copied the url from...but now, in Firefox, I can use the LIke button the way I did a few minutes ago on your comment...something that I can't do in Chrome. If you don't have Firefox installed, you'll need to download and install it...but I haven't seen any info about Firefox being involved with war crimes or other unseemly behavior. Granted this is a bit of a kluge, but I go back to the Command Line era, when things like Windows The Holy Mac(kerel) were pipe dreams (that for a few years mutated into interfaces that 'almost worked' or 'worked a-a-almost every time'). Thank you for this celebration of Vera and her contribution to the resistance. The 'Stand for Health & Freedom' interview was conducted three years ago and it is apparent that Vera still believed in the 'deadly virus' PsyOp in describing why nursing home victims died - a lot more has emerged by now of course about the DNRs and deadly protocols which more likely dispatched these unfortunate elders than the putative killer virus.
