I have always suspected that Thomas Hobbes wasn't wrong when he described the existence of humanity in the 'state of nature' as "solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short". The 'social contract' that many are seeking is with the global government that you've described.

One of my friends called me up two days ago and told me they really liked your SS, so I could not help but notice your comment when I was reading the replies on Kory's page. Dissolving Illusion is a wonderful book and I hope it can get the exposure it deserves; that said I am still quite surprised by how much the post I wrote on it took off.
