Great piece. I would add just two things after saying we will have much longer than 24 hours to stop this as it is to be ongoing.
Much can be said about the illegal and paternalistic IHR amendments. Examination of the language illustrates that it is technocratic authoritarianism passing itself off as some sort of global policy. This is particularly obvious in the portions of the document that are stricken out and replaced by a different set of "rules."
"We will no longer consult with you, we are now going to be telling you what to do."
That is essentially the tone of the thing.
Two finer points that I observe about the IHR draft proposal:
1) The addition of these three words in Article 6, Sec. 2, "genetic sequence data", is not an innocuous change. This is not just about data mining. I believe its primary intent is as a validation mechanism for mRNA technology to be utilized and even commonplace, as the next profit center for the Pharma Cartel.
The plan is for the mRNA "vaccine" cash cow to be much bigger than "Covid."
Theoretically they will now use a similar mechanism against any in silico viral pathogen concocted via such sequencing.
Now that they've gotten the tech to market, they'll start going down the list. They have removed costly R&D and can now in short order plug in, via genomic sequencing, whatever fits their narrative at the desired time. Within weeks another money-maker spit out. That it is all make believe and hazardous is of no matter to these people.
Governments will likely mandate the shots (or short of that, will use every form of coercion available to them) for entire populations. Again, if you can do it once you can do it a thousand times. every human being on earth, every human body will be an endless source of revenue.
The idea is for this to be the next epoch of medicine, which began by monetizing illness, proceeded to monetize health, and will now monetize the human body itself. It's going to be a subscription model for endless mRNA injections. The entire globe to become human pincushions in order to line the pockets of Big Pharma and their investors.
2) Significant attention is given to what appears to be the establishment of new "Compliance Committees" in each country. Without speculating too much on what these will be and who will be sitting on those Committee seats it appears that the design is for these things to have sizable influence. I believe these are planned to be more than 'additional bureaucracies' and will be the attempted "enforcement" arm of these health orders.
As I read the entire document I see it as a business plan by the predatory global medical cartel among other things.

If the next president said "change those rules back or the US and its money is done as far as the WHO is concerned" there would be a very quick reaction to do so.
Furthermore, "international law" is nothing more than individual states' agreement that they will abide by certain rules. The only enforcement mechanism are the international organizations that, themselves, only have impact if they have the support, primarily, of the US as one of the only states with enough military and economic power (for the time being) to ignore global "mandates".

That is not this world, and more people are realizing that by the minute.
The language is vague and leaves the door open for extreme abuses of power.
("But .. if there is a dangerous pandemic, perhaps a really really bad one - we need to act fast!")
On the surface, that makes sense. But the reality is - and the people know it - this is the same "health" system that actively suppressed, thwarted, threatened, and lied about actual safe and effective, cheap, repurposed medicines, best used in an integrative context with guidance of a doctor who understands how to assess and address each patient rather than follow nonsensical directives. The COVID -19 pandemic could have been swiftly dealt with with repurposed drugs.
The fact that it was not, and there are stinking trails of dishonesty all along the stories of Hydroxychloroquine, Ivermectin, fraudulent "studies", and humongous double standards, is just one of many threads, but a powerful one, which clearly shows that pandemic "responses" are not done with kind, loving, protective, what's-best-for-the-people motivations in mind.

Folks! For too long, we have blindly accepted whatever we hear others say. Someone on TV or the Internet says, “If the Senate ratifies this treaty, it will become part of the supreme Law of the Land!” And not only do we believe it, we repeat it to others. And thus, we became part of the misinformation dissemination network. In order to restore our Constitutional Republic with its federal form of government, we must rediscover how to think and analyze. And then, we must boldly say, “They don’t have authority under The Constitution to do that!”
You must always ask: Is this authorized in the Constitution? Where exactly in the Constitution? And precisely what is authorized by the Constitution?
1. Does the federal government have authority to make treaties? Can treaties be about any object? Or, are the proper objects of treaties limited by The Constitution?
Because the Constitution is “fundamental” law (Federalist No. 78, 11th & 12th paras), it is The Standard by which the legitimacy of all Presidential Acts, all Acts of Congress, all Treaties, and all Judicial Decisions is measured (Federalist No. 78, 10th para).
So! The treaty making power of the United States is very limited. What, then, are the proper objects of treaties? To find the answer, we must go to The Constitution to see what it authorizes the President and the Congress to do. Finally, Thomas Jefferson points to a legislative remedy if the President and the Senate ignore the constitutional limits on the treaty making power of the United States. Thomas Jefferson says:

Well, the WHA is now over and we accomplished a big win. 12 of the US amendments to the IHR were withdrawn. The only amendments that were approved pertain to IHR Article 59, 55, 61,62,63 and all of these articles pertain to time frames only. But we must all remain diligent and watch them closely. They can always bring them back but it cannot happen until the next WHA in 2023. So right now our attention is going to be directed at 1. fighting the lies and fear porn regarding MONEYPOX (not a typo) 2. working with countries around the world to withdraw from the WHO.

Surely this is an unlawful treaty. Does it not have to be voted on by congress. Even if it’s lawful, couldn’t it be brown.

The ONLY thing I want to add is: you and WCH May have averted a disaster today (see my other post) but I wonder if we let things fall apart if more dead and sleeping people would wake up. I don’t wish for that but I sometimes just want them to realize in the house burning analogy yelling “fire”. They are saying “I don’t see anything”. In other words if the fire actually singed them, would they wake up? Maybe not. Just a thought.
If they’re not waking up while millions of people are becoming permanently disabled and dying of heart attacks, strokes, and the 1,291 known side effects, then they would be even more oblivious about these sinister amendments passing until the doors on the concentration camps slam closed and the robots have hooked them into the Matrix.
You have been on WHO like Steve K has been on other things, like a Pit Bull that dug it’s teeth in and won’t let go. Man I appreciate and applaud your efforts and continuing to blast us on substacks etc on it. I wish I’d submitted it 2 weeks ago but I did it today.
