The UK is attempting to rewrite its human rights laws to shift emphasis away from individual rights to the “wider society”—a.k.a. the “greater good” beloved by dictators throughout history.

Here is the document outlining the proposed revisions:

Human Rights Act Reform: A Modern Bill of Rights – Consultation (https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/human-rights-act-reform-a-modern-bill-of-rights/human-rights-act-reform-a-modern-bill-of-rights-consultation and PDF here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1040409/human-rights-reform-consultation.pdf)

The Naked Emperor first brought these revisions to my attention in this post (https://nakedemperor.substack.com/p/the-proposed-removal-of-human-rights?s=r). Kit Knightly also dug into the sinister overtones in this article (https://off-guardian.org/2022/02/08/uk-reforming-human-rights-law-compulsory-vaccines-on-the-horizon/).

They are accepting responses through tomorrow, March 8 (London time, presumably). Please consider emailing your response to HRAReform@justice.gov.uk and including a link to this article if desired.

On a related note, the UK has drafted an Online Safety Bill (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/985033/Draft_Online_Safety_Bill_Bookmarked.pdf) that strengthens its thoughtcrime laws (https://nakedemperor.substack.com/p/rip-freedom-of-speech?s=r). The online petition (https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/601932) needs 100,000 signatures before Parliament will consider it for debate, and it’s currently just over 33,000. Please sign and share this petition widely so we can get it to 100,000.

I'm guessing or speculating that the UK, which if you think about it closely is neither "United" nor is it a "Kingdom" is fixing to fade and when they try this sort of jurisprudence it just proves to those of us observing that they are bankrupt - in so many ways. Morally bankrupt and suffering a deficiency in understanding their own history. How much ignominy is there these days - so much ignominy fixing to go down the drain.

Ireland, which means "Island" ought reunify and separate from the Kingdom and then Scotland ought to likewise. Followed by New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and then maybe even Wales after all that. The UK is bankrupt. Just like the US of A is.

Sad but true.

Haha, wise words, Ken, although reopening the Irish question could lead to a new Time of Troubles, and we have enough of those already ;-)

Well, troubles in general beget more troubles, and the UK despite its belated desire to be associated with the “dragon slayer”, Saint George I think he is called, is in big trouble and this is known. When Saint George felled the serpent it was his mount that pushed the serpent to the ground, and then the blow of the spear was delivered with precision to the neck. The rest is history.

Your friend,

Ken

which mammon do you mean?

mammon the concept: commonly thought to mean money, material wealth, or any entity that promises wealth, and is associated with the greedy pursuit of gain.

mammon the tool: transfers value.

mammon the demon: according to Christian theology, embodies one of the cardinal sins: greed.

so, which mammon do you mean?

Beautifully stated, Allan, and thank you for reminding me of that pertinent John Stuart Mill quote. “On Liberty” is extremely relevant to our contemporary challenges.

Margaret, I'm going to take some liberty here. If GOD had a secretary, it would be you. Because.....GOD would have said to Margaret, "I am very disturbed by what is happening on earth.

GOD says to Margaret, "I need a letter, a comprehensive one, that addresses point by painful point what I find so disturbing. In all my wisdom, I never imagined that people, ones that should know better, could behave with such short shortsightedness, forgotten the sad truths of "their own" recent history." Who do they think they are?"

GOD in a plea to Margaret, "Can you compose such a letter, perhaps many letters that convey the seriousness, ill-conceived madness proposed by people who I thought were created in my own image."

Margaret with some hesitation says to GOD, "Yes, I believe I can".

And Margaret does GOD's will.

With great liberty, respectfully submitted.

I now wish I hadn't read this because I now have to respond to it: Don't boost M.A.'s ego. She evidently only partly serves God, and only indirectly and/or more or less accidentally. She never gives Him glory, never quotes His Word(s), and never does anything but serve her own will, making herself her own virtually-powerless "god". But, according to her and others, I'm "supposed" to be all "loving" and praising of her, and not say things like I'm saying now. All those who go their own way, and are not completely of God the Father through Jesus the Christ (the Messiah) by being completely transformed and restored to God's character, and filled entirely with His Holy Spirit NOW, are not to be praised, but called to repentance. Worship of self is the problem. It is an "independence" that we were NEVER meant to have, because we were ONLY designed to serve God and His will TOTALLY. That is True Freedom because it is in the service of NOTHING BUT holiness without ANY evil. That is what God is seeking to transform the Earth for, to what it was ONLY meant to be, in service of Holiness and nothing that is Holinesses' antithesis.

That is why Satan's counterfeit of True Christianity, the cultist organized so-called "Christianity" which now exists and has existed for almost two thousand years, that all one allegedly has to do is believe in the name of Jesus, and little else, is so insidious. No requirement of transformation, being restored to their Maker, being filled with the Holy Spirit; but, instead, they can all supposedly go their own way(s) and still allegedly be "saved" and/or "go to heaven". No need for all believers to serve God completely, and to not serve humankind in the form of priests, ministers, etc., but ONLY going DIRECTLY TO GOD, as is actually the requirement. How convenient, and yet not, it is, making certain that most of such people lose their souls for all eternity while falsely believing that they're going to go to heaven, living one of the ultimate lies! But, as Revelation Chapters 21 and 22 make so crystal clear, NO ONE living lies is going to enter heaven WHATSOEVER. Thus, most people are quite deceived and lost, unless they Truly, Fully and Completely repent and they are filled with God, their Creator, and serve nothing else whatsoever.

There is nothing so insufferable as a preachy, carping, arrogant "Christian" who lacks humility -- shades of the Rev Mr Brocklehurst.

There is nothing so insufferable as a condemning, self-righteous, unforgiving, unrighteously-judgmental agnostic who lacks humility --- shades of Satan himself.

Yes, blessed are the TRULY meek.

Your response is fascinating in that it uncannily cements your resemblance to the Rev Mr Brocklehurst! The irony is well appreciated by me, as I am a lover of literature, and Charlotte Bronte had quite the talent for skewering bloviating, holier-than-thou "Christians" who lacked all charity. The Christians she admired and celebrated in her novels would never needlessly and cruelly insult strangers. (And I have sufficient humility to admit that, like the Brontes, I am too fond of commenting on the hypocrisy of others.)

(1) I am not an agnostic; (2) how can you claim that I am "unforgiving" if you have not yet asked for forgiveness for your condemning, self-righteous, unrighteously-judgmental comment to me? (3) Please point out the specific language you used that evidences how you are "TRULY meek" in your condemning, self-righteous, unrighteously-judgmental comments (thus far).

N.B. Because your response is entirely predictable (oleum perdisti), I may decide to respond one more time before you will (in all humility, of course) make sure you get in the last word.

Expand full comment

Okay, I know you'll twist all of this around too, because you are evil; but:

1.) I don't claim to be a Christian. I have absolutely nothing to do with organized "Christianity" or religion anymore, because it is ALL nothing but counterfeit "Christianity". I ONLY believe in nothing but True Christianity; but, again, I still do not claim to be one. You typically not only twist things around, you jump to false conclusions and presumptions again and again.

2.) You are an agnostic, because very few people who claim to be atheists are real atheists. If they were true atheists, they would likely commit suicide, because they'd have nothing to live for. EVERYONE has to have something to believe in, some "god" to worship, even if it's simply sex, drugs and rock & roll.

(No, I am not at all suggesting that you commit suicide. I am completely against suicide because it is self-murder in violation of the Sixth Commandment, "You will not kill", and the commission of same guarantees the loss of suicides' souls for all eternity. So, I would never recommend or suggest suicide to anyone.)

3.) a. I did NOT condemn you, I condemn your evil(s). b. I am not self-righteous. I feel that I am one of the worst of all sinners, like the Apostle Paul did (the level of humility that we're ALL supposed to have), and I don't feel superior to ANYONE. c. I ONLY judge righteous judgments; and, since you make it absolutely obvious to those with the Gift of Discernment, as I have, that you are evil and vile, my judgments of you are nothing but righteous, because they are only completely accurate about you. You are a Godless, Satan-controlled sinner who only condemns the truth about you and your fellow-ilk, of course; and you and all of your kind condemn all those who point out your evil(s), again, of course. All of you of course hate and condemn all righteousness and righteous judgments of you and your ilk.

4.) I NEVER said that I was Truly Meek, and I do NOT claim to be such. I was simply trying to make sure that you don't believe that you are "meek"; or to point out that, if you do believe you're "meek", you are nothing but the opposite, or antithesis, of meek, the opposite of Godly, because ONLY the Truly Godly, those filled with the Holy Spirit and character of God, are meek.

I don't care if I have the last word or not; so, just make certain that you don't say anything typically-evil that I feel duty-bound to have to respond to, and you can have the last word. But your claim that you will only respond "in all humility, of course", would be quite laughable if it wasn't so clearly and ridiculously absurd, and very-sadly pathetic, since you have no humility, or any True Humility anyway, but nothing except its evil antithesis, Godlessness.

"It is written, thus says the Lord [God the Father through Jesus the Christ, the Word(s) of God and the Maker / Creator of all things except evil]...":

"...Get... behind (Jesus the Christ), Satan[ist(s)]..."! "...You are of your (lord and master) the devil, and the lies of your (lord and master, Satan) you... do..."! "...Repent, for the kingdom of (God and of) heaven is (very near) at hand..."! [Matthew 16:23, John 8:44 and Matthew 4:17; clarification(s), emphasis and/or paraphrasing provided by me.]

"...Even so, (return quickly), Lord Jesus (the Christ)..."! [Revelation 22:20; clarification(s), emphasis and/or paraphrasing provided by me.]

In Jesus the Christ's name, be gone, Satan[ist(s)]!

Expand full comment

Try your best to properly parse the English language. You wrote: "But your claim that you will only respond 'in all humility, of course,' would be quite laughable ..." is embarrassing, because as you can see, I wrote the following:

"I may decide to respond one more time before YOU will (in all humility, of course) make sure you get in the last word." [emphasis added]

The YOU means YOU, Steppen-Wolf, as I was addressing you. And I was using irony, because of course you had shown no humility thus far in your responses; quite the contrary, as they are getting more and more histrionically insulting. Are you English as a 2nd language? That may explain your lapses in textual comprehension.

You wrote: "You are an agnostic, because very few people who claim to be atheists are real atheists." You are wrong yet again, in your arrogant assumption that you know personal details of strangers. As anyone can see from my responses, I did not claim to be an atheist, and I now declare that I am not an atheist. Nor am I an agnostic. Perhaps you have enough perspicacity to figure out where you went wrong both times. And your insinuating that I am a Satanist is even more evidence of how far you've gone off the deep end in your destructive moralizing. Perhaps you've heard the old saying, "A man who moralises is usually a hypocrite."

Since you claim to aspire to "True Christianity," at what point do you treat others with kindness, compassion, and charity instead of arrogance and insults, such as your original, gobsmackingly arrogant claim that the author of this substack "never does anything but serve her own will"? And when I held up the mirror to your own inexcusable behavior, you turned the insults onto me, nor have you treated me with any kind of humility or charity. Is that your understanding of "True Christianity"? That reminds me of a couplet by the poet Robert Burns:

Their sighin', cantin', grace-proud faces,'

Their three-mile prayers, and half-mile graces.

But since you like to quote Scripture, I can do that, too, and here's a very relevant response to you, Steppen-Wolf (the King James version, Matt 7:1-5, which I prefer over all other translations):

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

So, Steppen-Wolf, will YOU (in all humility, of course) make sure you get in the last word?

By the way, I filed a stern rebuke by way of feedback the day I learned about the proposed changes. I asserted repeatedly that I did not accept their proposition that these ancient & pesky human rights, on the statutes for less than a quarter century, are even faintly inappropriate. I noted further that, if they’re increasingly becoming obstructive to the transformative intentions of the executive, one word only is required to assess that obstruction: “Good”.

U.K. is in a strange, nether world, between the rule of law, making justice the default condition, and the autocratic rule of arbitrary & capricious tyrants, who would direct the forces of law & order against its own citizens.

Most people are unaware that free humanity faces an existential peril the like of which has never occurred in history - ancient or modern - because of digital technologies & the worldwide web. What is happening couldn’t have been attempted on such a scale in any other era. The same wonderful technologies that allow me to have connected with so many people of good heart around the world, and to communicate with them instantly, is one & the same instruments of our potential imminent enslavement & worse.

“ancient & pesky human rights” 🤣

Good, indeed!!

Your description of the UK sounds like nearly everywhere else in the world now, sadly. The only differentiator is the degree to which the tyranny has taken root.

I haven’t had a chance to read it in full yet, but Crow just published this piece at Nevermore Media you may appreciate:

https://nevermore.media/2022/03/09/this-mexican-town-kicked-out-the-government-10-years-ago-and-is-thriving/

It’s about the town of Cheran in Michoacan, Mexico. In 2011, “after years of being terrorized by narco-traffickers who operated with conjunction with the state government,” they took control of their community and “decided to ban political parties, abolish police, and establish a unique form of participatory democracy based on their indigenous Purepecha traditions.” They have been thriving ever since. Sounds like an inspiring example for other communities to emulate.

You nailed it regarding the double-edged technocratic sword. My only hope is opening that Pandora’s Box has triggered unintended consequences by empowering people with the ability to discover knowledge and communicate with fellow resisters in a way that can help dethrone them. I realize it’s likely naïve to hope that but believe it’s possible as long as they are willing to maintain the semblance of democracy—before we arrive at the brick wall Frank Zappa describes:

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”

Yes, the ruling elite/cabal now have the technology to surge ahead in their domination of the world. I recall that economist Catherine Austin Fitts told a story about what a billionaire said to her when she attended one of their meetings a few years ago. He said, in so many words, "we now have the AI tech we sought, and so we no longer need the masses." In short, humans are now dispensable -- excess to the oligarchy's needs. The Covid genocide soon followed.

Similar language about technology was used by the General Manager of the Bank of International Settlements in Basel (the Central Bank of Central Banks) speaking at a conference in October 2020 and describing the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) which the globalists wish to implement worldwide: "The key difference with the CBDC is that the Central Bank will have absolute control on the rules and regulations that we determine ... and also we will have the technology to enforce that." Listen to this disgusting oligarch describe this financial control grid here, where Catherine Austin Fitts plays a short clip of this globalist during a talk she gave last year: https://www.bitchute.com/video/RMBD3oS40S23/

It seems to me that the ruling aristocratic Venetian Black Nobility families have grown tired of their Number One Slave Colony and its many off spring. They are leaving the City of London to rot and setting their sights on bigger prizes which they intend to occupy and exploit technologically.

Hence the genocides in Iraq, Syria & Yemen, unrest in Kazakhstan and goading of the Bear over Ukraine.

“An unwitting Goldstein, Trump played right into BigPharma’s strategy to discredit hydroxychloroquine by praising it—giving Trump Derangement Syndrome (a psychological disorder manufactured by and spread to tremendous monetary benefit and turnkey mass control by the media) sufferers the best and only reason they needed to dismiss it. They have been trained to plug their ears, cover their eyes, scream at the top of their lungs, and stamp their feet the instant any one of the Deplorables opens his mouth. One of the most effective instruments in the plutocracy’s toolkit, TDS has been brandished to misdirect the public for years, and it continues to work its magic despite Trump’s declining relevance, the embers of which the media will continue to fan as long as it pays dividends—just as Goldstein’s detested image is deployed in culturally unifying activities such as Two Minutes Hate.”

Among the most disturbing pieces of writing, sound & vision I’ve ever experienced. Congratulations. I’m in a lot weirder a world than was John Hurt. Lucky man, eh? Was there a lick of A Clockwork Orange? Don’t think so. But it would have fitted perfectly. I remember reading it as a teenager and being very upset by it. Do you know it was banned for decades from ever being broadcast? It had been seen only in seedy art houses. Like porn of the mind. It was eventually shown on TV in U.K. It was a mistake.

Ultraviolence was among its core themes. They tried to reform the central character but the psychological treatment was worse than his inner world could tolerate & he ended it instead.

I recommend we try love instead. Forgiveness & tolerance go a long way to bridge the void we’ve permitted to grow between us. Do not succumb to hate & division. There’s room enough for all views. You own your own mind & body.

Haha, thank you, Mike, and I suppose supremely disturbing is appropriate considering the proposed legislation 😆

You’re right—this world is far more complex than “1984.” I think I once described our era as being like someone threw all of the dystopian novels in a blender and served up a shitfest smoothie.

And yes to “Clockwork Orange”! I actually included that in my “Letter to a Colluder” (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-colluder-stop-enabling) along with “Brazil,” “Fahrenheit 451,” and “THX-1138”—all equally prescient and distressingly relevant today!

I resonate deeply with your summons to love, forgiveness, and tolerance, Mike, and I wholly agree that we must resist the temptation to succumb to hatred and division. It is lack of tolerance for differing views that defines the cultlike belief system that has caused so much destruction.

Your last sentence reminds me of what Winston Smith tells Julia:

“They can’t get inside you. If you can feel that staying human is worth while, even when it can’t have any result whatever, you’ve beaten them.”

So maybe it wasn’t true for them in the end, but we can strive to preserve our humanity under all circumstances nevertheless.

Thank you for being here, Mike, and for all you are doing on behalf of humanity, truth, and liberty. Love and hugs to you and Joanna 💗🙏🤗

Thank you in turn, Margaret Anna Alice! That’s such a good quote by Smith to Julia. But as I recall, in Room 101, was what he so deeply feared that, faced with it, he betrayed her rather than to suffer it. No happy endings in any of those great, dystopian worlds.

Even such appallingly plausible counterfactuals, such as The Man In The High Castle, manages a somewhat optimistic denouement. It is our ambition to create our own equivalent here.

In pursuit of that, today I had a long & good conversation at last with a senior figure in DeSantis’ public health team, the possibility of which was one of the reasons we’re here at all.

Imagine if analogous conversations were to occur in every other state?

Expand full comment

Yes, that’s what I meant by it not being true for them in the end, but it’s “pretty to think so,” as Jake says in “The Sun Also Rises.”

I haven’t read “The Man in the High Castle,” but your description makes me think of the Book People in the Truffaut version of “Fahrenheit 451,” which I discussed in this essay (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-scientifically-minded). I feel like that is the community we are building here together. It may take literal form in reality if we get to the point where need to flee technocratic enslavement, provided there’s any place left to flee to …

I am ecstatic to hear you are in discussion with a DeSantis’s public health team! I haven’t had a chance to watch his roundtable (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iulvEmAmtcQ) yet but heard it was amazing—were you part of that discussion?

If you are comfortable sharing it with your contact, I would love to get my letter to DeSantis (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-governor-ron-desantis) in front of him. Even though the original request about vetoing HB 7021 is moot, the content is still vitally important to saving lives.

While I greatly appreciate DeSantis’s innovative Buck the CDC plan, my fear is it does not address one of the gravest threats—namely, hospicide caused by incentivizing murderous protocols such as remdesivir and ventilation. If the federal government continues to financially reward these lethal treatments, what’s to stop hospitals from continuing to treat their COVID patients to death for profit?

If DeSantis can find a way to counteract these incentives (perhaps penalties equivalent to the profits?), that would motivate medical facilities to stop using them. Ideally, remdesivir needs to be taken off the market and ventilation/intubation should be stricken as a COVID treatment. All incentives for negative outcomes need to be removed entirely. If anything is incentivized, it should be *positive* outcomes such as rapid recovery (early treatment) and survival!

Patients also need to be educated about the dangers of these treatments so they aren’t coerced into submitting to them, even when they do have choice.

If measures to prevent hospicide could be incorporated into Buck the CDC, that has the potential to save countless lives, especially if that model is replicated in other states and countries.

I have friends who are always pointing out one group or another and blaming them for everything that ails us. I always reply with, "it would be *impossible* for them to accomplish all of this evil you are blaming them for without collusion!". That usually falls on deaf ears though. This may bristle a few, but I call everyone who willingly went along with the "covid" agenda by masking up, masking their children, testing, etc (especially those who are playing along so they can go on vacations and get goodies from the crown) COLLUDERS. Thanks for your incredible work.

Aww, thank you, Rob! I always cherish your thoughtful responses.

I 100% agree with you about colluders, and that is precisely why I wrote “Letter to a Colluder” (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-colluder-stop-enabling). It’s the go-along-to-get-alongers that made this tyranny possible.

“The Politics of Obedience” (see my second essay if you haven’t read it: https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/covid-is-over-if-you-want-it) reveals the secret to dethroning the tyrants:

“You can deliver yourselves if you try, not by taking action, but merely by willing to be free. Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break into pieces.”

This is why I put so much emphasis on a critical awakening leading to mass noncompliance. Our power is in numbers, and the tyrants only rule by our permission—we just need enough people to realize that and withdraw their support.

Wonderful work. Less well-written but also vitally informative is the "Spartacus Returns" piece, highly technical on C19 at first but essential reading concerning the horrors the globalist techno-cabal has in store for us all in the very near future. I'm adding the link in case MAA and others haven't seen it yet. Skip to the final section if little time.

Thank you! I’m aware of the Spartacus letters but have not had time to fully examine them. That said, he recently joined Substack, and I’m looking forward to exploring when time permits:

This was excellent madame. It is a well thought out and supported appeal to a humanity that these people do not possess. My only thought is to echo H.L. Mencken: “Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.”

Thank you, Mrhounddog, and I suspect you are right.

Great Mencken quote—I hadn’t come across that amongst his many gems.

Excellent thanks!

I'm in the UK and have sent a long email response to the government (I pasted my whole response in the comments under Steve Kirsch's article on this just now - had to split it across 2 posts)

I saw that and wow, thanks for your impressive and well-articulated response, Phil!

For those who are interested, here is the post Steve Kirsch published after I asked him to help get the word out about this legislation:

Thank you so much, Margaret. How I wish I had more people like you in my immediate circle (which is almost entirely made up of mental sheep, with apathy as the main energy)!

Phil, just read your response. Thoughtfully Well Done!

These revisions dovetail too nicely with the aspirations of the new WHO Treaty scheduled for activation in 2024.

Thank you, Carole. As I mentioned in my response to your comment about this at Steve’s post, this (https://www.consilium.europa.eu/en/policies/coronavirus/pandemic-treaty/) is on my todo list and has particularly sinister overtones. It’s the biggest step toward One World Tyranny I am aware of to date.
