You hit the nail on the head when you ask "what hope is there for the stupefied masses?" Your connection to Trump Derangement Syndrome was spot on. I will never understand how TDS sufferers could have been, and still are, so filled with hate that they even distanced themselves from close relations, permanently it seems, whom they had known or even loved for many years. Covidians seem to have the same kind of hatred that TDS sufferers had/have. They are so spellbound with the narrative, while suffering a severe case of cognitive dissonance, that I'm concerned that we may never get through to them. Would we be better off in a world where we didn't try to make them understand what has happened to all of us? Are we wasting our time even trying?
Professor Desmet mentioned two consequences of mass hypnosis that struck me as perhaps the most important points he made. Victims of mass hypnosis become ". . . insensitive to all the personal losses they experience as a consequence." And, ". . . in a totalitarian state, people become radically intolerant [of] dissident voices . . . and direct all their aggressions at [them]." In a nutshell, these covidians may become violent when confronted with the truth, and they will resist with all their will even considering that they may be wrong.
As well-researched and thorough as your pieces are, and they are indeed both, the real trick will be persuading covidians to take the time to read them. That is a daunting challenge and, possibly, a treacherous one. You probably can see that I am a pessimist by nature (pessimists are rarely disappointed); I suspect you are more of a optimist. I love the discussion about mass psychosis. It seems we have all been put through this and the first step to break free is the knowledge and awareness of the situation.
Merck (the charlatans are at it again) have magically dissected the Ivermectin chemical structure and reformed it to make a facsimile in order to patent their rebrand of a tried and tested drug.As you probably know...the virus in question starts out as a long protein...and the only way it can enter the cell and begin its dastardly intention is to hijack the crispr scissors of 3CL protease...Ivermectin essentially disables the scissors...without messing up the pancreas job of breaking down ingested protein foods....i suspect...Merck has created something without questioning its long term effects on main life sustaining organs....only time will tell...certainly not the 12 months they have used to get the big nod from the FDA....
Ivermectin did this perfectly well...and every attempt to block conceal this from the world has caused countless deaths...in the pursuit of the dollar.

My elderly parents were diagnosed with COVID this past summer (yes, they were double-vaxxed several months before). I asked Mom what they'd been prescribed to fight it off. She said, "Well, nothing. They told us to just stay home unless we got a lot worse." I threw a fit; Mom is 81 and Dad is 88! While they're generally pretty healthy, they're clearly in the high risk group due to their age. I couldn't believe they were offered NO treatment for this illness, but as I learned, that is the standard protocol--let patients get really sick, then admit to hospital to finish them off!
I offered to drive to her house (a few hours away) with my private imported stash of Ivermectin. Her response was, "Ivermectin? That's poisonous!" Yes, that's what she'd heard from her chosen news sources. I quickly went to the FDA & CDC websites to straighten her out...well, whaddya know? That's what those sites were telling her, too!! I was shocked at the blatant lies; could it be that our government was purposely disseminating harmful, deadly information by discrediting a drug that is KNOWN to reduce mortality in COVID? Yes, it was true! Our entire gov't has been hijacked and is no longer a source of truth on any subject, AFAIC.
And just to wind up the story, Mom & Dad made it through COVID with no intervention and fortunately, never needed the hospital, where I'm sure they would've been murdered with Remdesivir and ventilators, so I guess they're among the 94% of over-80s who survive despite the best efforts of our gov't to take them out and clear off the Medicare & Soc Sec rolls!
