M.....a. (MA knows this story)During the height of the COV2 pseudo crisis I had a decision to make; do I appease my extended family and most friends by succumbing to pressures to vaccinate or refuse and in-so-doing disrupt and potentially destroy my relationships with them? I refused and was later cut-off from my then 9 & 6 year old grandchildren by their covert narcissist mother in collusion with their mother's mother; my now ex-wife. Stabbed in the heart for upholding the truth. It's been over 14 months since being dislodged and I still haven't decided whether I have regrets. I can tell you the pain has not subsided.

I found it useful to apply my grief by writing something about the boys' mother. It's about severing.

“The Executioner “

Low, her song

Breathing out the verdict

Inhaling fumes of death

Learning to taste

Another tasteless taste

One hollow sense

Of being

Yet there is no sense

Informing her

No swollen feeling

So loose the chains

Are hers to her heart

Though matterless

They do matter

She had not conceived

My fall

Yet had perceived,

In a shorthand

For her own protection,

A longhand,

A cursive

For death

Of words that would challenge

The heartful

She has none

Does her head have

No back?

Depths for her

Have reached an abyss

In which for most; crushing

Pressure, she expands

Not unlike a liquid

Spilled on a floor;

Expansive,

Thin and shallow

Downward and outward

Settling, composed

As a mirror surface,

Silvered

One way glass

As is seen

This way from above

Is there nothing beneath?

Does a reflection have density?

Is it composed?

Is humanity conceivable

From here?

Is it shared? Even

From such a platform?

She, unattached

Will never, ever know

Following her own orders

She will execute

Knowing that though

The silver sheet is thin

Not even she can pull it back

Leaving a revelation beneath

For none to hear

None to see.

None to know.

Her heart pumps

But it doesn’t move

A paradox

That wounds

That kills

Unaware her plays are ploys

She sets the knives in readiness

And believes

They don’t exist

That they can’t run her through

As well, that on her silvered cutting board

She will never slip

Will never bleed.

Advancing then retreating

Time is not her friend in this;

An enterprise of removal

The remover inevitably becomes

The removed.

the poem - is like an elegy really - because the sounds and the imagery are so beautiful and trancendent. It would read aloud wonderfully. This is how art can help. It can cross over, it can by pass the narrative and its triggering signifiers. You can say these words outloud in the presence of "captives" and they will feel and recognize the tragic moments stated in this poem. Curiously, I wrote a brief poem also that uses the words "a matter that is matterless" - it is about Equity.

I can explain the role of propaganda and how it has a physiological effect.

Fear is manufactured to bring the adrenals online. The adrenals manage emergencies.

Fight, flight, freeze are the responses. This is why cognitive dissonance occurs.

They can not assimilate new information when the adrenals are in the driver’s seat.

My article

How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking?

Explains this in detail.

Get salty and out of adrenal control so new information can be pondered and explored.

Fascinating! I’ve heard different types of salt (e.g., Celtic, Himalayan) vary in efficacy for replenishing electrolytes. Do you have any recommendations for which kind of salt to use?

I use a magnesium rich salt from a lake Deborah in Western Australia for adding to my water. Ancient Lakes is the brand. And sea salt flakes adding to food and rock salt to add in cooking.

I think the most important thing is to add salt back into the diet.

Especially important for women. Women are taking up 70% of full care beds in dementia wards because women's physiology requires more salt. We are built to carry more fluid and lose more fluid, due to our reproductive attributes.

In this information war: it is a fight for the power to think, question/research and ponder. Incredibly important to stay hydrated.

Hydration equals salt plus water.

Get salty is a war cry.

Most excellent. I have a friend who I became close with during the height of the madness because she was the only other theatre person I knew that didn’t get jabbed. She used to call the whole thing a display of narcissistic disorder on a macro level. Everything Meredith talks about here tracks big time with what we witnessed first hand in Chicago.

I also love what she says about lit the infantilizarían of America and missing the right of passage. It is precisely why I’m holding a Coming of Age ceremony for my twins next month. I want them to consciously enter this next phase of their lives with intention and awareness.

Looking forward to reading the rest of this Q n A. Thanks, ladies.

I am very cynical about 'en masse' awakening in full. I think such a dynamic only occurs in a small sub population. However, I do think areas of awareness eventually penetrate mainstream consciousness. We saw this happen with tobacco, Oxycodone, Teflon, Glyphosate and we will with mRNA SarsCoV2 shots. To speed up the process we need the mechanisms of harms to be explained in simple terms to lay people and for the media to get on board. We need trials of those who lied about gain of function research. We need to know why Pfizer told employees in a NY facility of theirs that the batches for the workers there differed in constituents than those given around the world, what was the difference, and why were there differences, and they knew there were differences, so it was strategic which suggests criminal behaviour. I went to the PT today for my leg, he wore a mask, I asked what he thought about the shots, he said he had no problem with them and believed they were fine, this is a guy with a biology degree. Problem, he obviously is not seeking the facts from sources other than the mainstream sources which are akin to 'flying monkeys' working for psychopaths. He needs to hear it from legacy media, or he will remain oblivious. Chris Cuomo is now admitting he was harmed. When parents realize, their kids were exposed to dangerous shots, that may have future negative results, they will resort to 'blame' and are not likely to admit they had blind faith in strangers and did not bother to research the experimental shots from sources without conflicts of interest. Still, the anger will be useful even if partially misplaced. I am most angry at the ignorant public who set themselves up to police their neighbours, they didn't have a leg to stand on except propaganda. I am also angry with the doctors who followed killing protocols in hospitals, in order to keep their jobs. And, I am angry with the lying reporters who chose the wrong profession by virtue of aligning with a false narrative, a narrative that maimed and killed adults and children alike. They are trained to do research from various sources and if they did, they failed to publish it. Meredith's book is one of the best on narcissism that I have read.

When I first heard her testimony on Day 4 of Nuremberg 2.0, Meredith was such a welcome sense-maker of the governmental and medical abuse and aggression that was masquerading as "for-the-greater-good". The insidious weaponisation of psychology behind this abuse has recently become clearer to me: I discovered the methodology of "prebunking" based on "inoculation theory".

As a climate activist pre-pandemonium, I had done a course called Denial 101 in which I learned how to "debunk" "climate deniers". I became a useful idiot for Citizens' Climate Lobby for a few years. But come the horse-pill lies and the Safe&Effectives, which as a biologist I could see through much more easily than climate science, guess who turned up "inoculating people against misinformation about the vaccines" than the Denial 101 team!! (I discovered they had also been behind the 97%-of-climate-scientists-agree manufactured consensus meme.)

This paper on inoculation theory illuminates an extremely dangerous misuse of academic psychology toward totalitarianism. The territory they plan to cover with their "inoculation" is revealing: "...climate change, genetically modified organisms, vaccine hesitancy, and other contested science beliefs such as conspiracy theories about COVID‐19." https://researchmgt.monash.edu/ws/portalfiles/portal/344861133/338159045_oa.pdf

This was very useful to see articulated. I think this is used very well with young people who want to feel smart and that they can take on quack theories, but they are really being presented with easy target practice in order to always shoot down like targets.

A super, splendid, clear, and concise read. I have so many thoughts and emotions swirling...

Understanding why many people can't hear or see the truth is essential. The lack of discernment rings loudly. Having one's approval barometer facing inward instead of seeking approval externally jumped off the page. I don't seek approval externally any longer, and when I held my ground with my mum and refused the bioweapon...it just tore me to emotional shreds.

Do I regret not taking the bioweapon? Hell, no. My decision tore us apart, and I can't do anything to change that now. Mum passed away on September 8, 2022, in the hospital alone. I believe the doctors/nurses killed her, but that's another story for another time.

My mum had disordered desires, as MM describes the desires of the flesh. She wanted me to go against my values, boundaries, and dignity to satisfy her dysfunctional narcissism. It was the most profound "line in the sand" I have ever drawn. It had to be done for me to break the terrible cycle of our relationship. I didn't have any clarity, just immense sadness and a payload of trauma.

Reading this today reinforced my commitment to looking inward for approval, working through the pain, and building resilience to thrive. I can do this and not fall apart.

These are meaningful conversations, and I am grateful to you, MAA, for having this one with MM.

This was an important conversation. Thank you for having it, and sharing it. I much enjoyed reading it.

The only thing I partly disagree with is seeing responsibility (response-ability) as a burden. That's a projection that is not necessarily helpful.

Here's a more empowered, creative perception of response-ability:

That phrase was in reference to those who administered the harmful shots and the unlikelihood they'll ever wake up or face the truth about what they did because of the heavy burden (of guilt) that will come with accepting that responsibility.

I agree that owning 100% responsibility over our life and choices is empowerment. In my book I described that commitment as the first threshold that a person crosses between the powerlessness of the victim stage and the empowerment of the survivor stage of recovery.

Excellent point, Nell, and I think you will find our exploration of responsibility in the latter parts of this conversation more in alignment with your view. I suspect Meredith’s use of “burden” derived from her empathizing with the perspective of the abuse victim in this particular statement, but she is a huge proponent of embracing responsibility as a path to empowerment as you will see in the upcoming Q&As.

Oh my, what a wonderful read. I’m half way through but I had to scroll down to comment. The so called ‘health system’ in Australia is so broken... I believe beyond repair; if only there were more beautiful humans like Meredith (including you Margaret Anna Alice). The governments of the West have collectively exposed their fangs, and now we see them for who they are...narcissistic sociopaths who now do the bidding of their masters, the 0.001% Globalist ‘elites’ (I don’t like using ‘elite’, as they are far from being elite, as they are in reality parasitic bottom feeders). I believe the only hope for humanity is a collective awakening, and with more people such as yourselves a ‘spark’ will become a raging fire, and cleanse the world of these evil creatures. Of course there will always be psychopaths who desire power and control, but a collective awakening will keep these ‘monsters’ at bay. Bless you both 🙏

Thank you for this lovely and insightful comment, ephemeral bohemian! I do believe we are in the midst of such an awakening right now. Trust in media, governments, philanthropaths, and the sickcare industry is at an all-time low, and people are beginning to take their health into their own hands. It took a brazenly horrific totalitarian power grab to wake people up, but more people are attuned to their corruption and diabolical deeds than ever before in history, I believe, and the numbers are only growing.

I was reading today about the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands in WWII. The Nazis forbade citizens from listening to the BBC or Radio Oranje to protect the Dutch citizens from false information. Eventually they actually gathered up radios from the citizens to stop the flow of "false news." Someone learned from history?

Finally the breakdown of exactly everything that explains why people just don’t understand what is going on. How perceptive. This cultural capture manipulation program was formed many generations ago.

Even a stupid source like Pinterest is AI now and one cannot find anything different. It’s the same photos over and over. Artificial idiocracy not intelligence. It’s so NOT CREATIVE or ORIGINAL. Who exactly are these people controlling information?

They cannot be allowed to do this

They seem to be aiming for uneducated lost dumbed down people. It’s pretty obvious something is wrong but this discussion was an eye opener.

Well, wow, MAA and MM! I loved all of that and will quickly re-read.

So insightful, so clear, Meredith's personal story (heartbreaking to heart-expanding) positioned her perfectly to see - and gratefully - to frame and articulate what we've all just lived through. I doubt

'psychoneurospiritual' is going to catch on as a word :-) but clearly those elements need to be included and understood when we discuss this complex subject.

MM's take is so rich in weaving those elements while not understating the levels of trauma (thank you!) yet revealed within a calm and compassionate space, so despite the 'bad' news of how abuse happens, the obstacles to overcoming it, she simultaneously models that transformation. So impressive.

Excellent, truly exceptional discussion.

Best explanation I've ever heard for why some could see it and some couldn't.

And I laughed MAA, at your child-self who already had that strong sense of personal sovereignty and was ready to do battle in protection of it!

Thank you both so much.❤️

Thank you. 👏👏👏 My biggest, most frustrating and exhausting times are now. So many partially awake, but unable or unwilling to take another step. People will sometimes listen to my explanation of what is going on, but most (all taken gene therapy to some degree….but won’t take another) switch off as I believe denial cuts in as self protection. Looking at the much bigger picture takes time and a total, mind blowing realisation that in our previous years we have been coerced, manipulated and lied to. A couple of friends, with young children, will scurry away from the conversation, leaving me feeling sad and deflated as to how to reach them. Perhaps I should let them read this Substack ! Sorry to hear your father thinks you’re an anti-vaxxer, believing propaganda from a media, owned by the powers that be, believing a government that lied, were hypocritical and gave so much misinformation regarding safe and effective ( you won’t catch it or spread it after vaccination) and believing big Pharma, who have the largest fines in the world for fraudulent data/harms. Brainwashing is powerful stuff.

Exceptional Dialogue! A conversation so sharp and on point, it could cut gemstones.

Dear Margaret Anna and Meredith,

After reading this stimulating conversation between such forces of nature, I wondered: Where are the coffee shops, colleges, and public chambers filled with this level of intelligent conversation and fiercely independent thought?!

I read your above Dissident Dialogue today, the day after Fauci's second appearance in Congress, in which he was applauded for saving lives by launching the COVID-19 vaccines. However, outside of this theatre, in real life, the vaccine's efficacy remains in question. In fact, in my C-19 vaccine research, I have come across several peer-reviewed and published studies on the development of coronavirus vaccines that point out a need for "reworking" the C-19 vaccines to achieve a sufficient or more robust level of efficacy (and safety). Most of the LNP developers "went back to the drawing board."

To me, the word "efficacy" sounds bubbly and positive, similar to "effervescent." It is such a perfect catchphrase for plandemic programming, politics, and genuflecting, that it has taken on a life of its own.

Even when C-19 vaccine efficacy is low, it is treated like the underdog and defended mindlessly. When did we start supporting bad drugs and stop demanding safer drugs? When did we start applauding the pushers of bad drugs on the floor of Congress, favoring them over injured loved ones?

Did Congress misunderstand, or were they hypnotized or otherwise brainwashed into forgetting C-19 vaccine waning efficacy [1.] and exaggerated [2.] and manipulated [3.] efficacy in the trial data?

If we used the words "not effective" or "limited effectiveness" instead of "efficacy," and if the small number of dissenting opinions that have been allowed into publication could describe the COVID-19 vaccines as “ineffective” or “questionably effective,” would that then help to bring the sleeping masses to recognize the smoke and mirrors and "engineering-of-consent" (big tobacco) advertising-style tactics employed to trick their minds?

With this, I ask you both, is there a way to 'deprogram" the hypnosis that seems to be "alive and well" and on full display even in the chambers of our country’s COVID-19 House Special Subcommittee/theatre witnessed yesterday in the "Fauci hearings"?

It took the families of cancer patients years to expose big tobacco, bringing about warning labels and restrictive advertising in the end. I'd love to see this done with vaccines in a future where they are labeled according to real-world data. "Not effective," "untested," or "not safe" might be common wording written within a bold black box warning on each vial, box, and insert, similar to cigarettes.

Count me among the family members of an injured loved one who won't stop until we achieve the above goal. #Peoplebeforeprofits #SafetyBeforeSales

What an amazingly articulate joining-of-the-dots --- definitely golden buzzer. Seeing through Covid was a no-brainer for me, having previously (as an engineer who fired explosives, albeit in mining) been jump-started into reality with 9-11 ... and having followed David Icke the previous decade. Still, this interview is a timely reminder not to let tyranny become 'normalised' (something my father warned me of after his experiences in WW2).

Meredith is fantastic. Currently on Australian MSM the government is running ads about abuse and coercive control in 'bullet point format' as a 'PSA.'

It was everything, everything they did to us during the Emergency: financial control, restricting movement, touching without consent, lying, coercion, violence, restricting communication with loved ones and outside world, verbal abuse, kidnapping, restraint.

They even say in the ads "if your abuser is even saying 'it's for your own good' that's still abuse!"

The audacity of these demonic entities is unbelievable.
